For property owners
Before your structure comes down, it may have one more way to serve.
If a property is already planned for demolition, Triple D can review whether it may offer a useful, approval-dependent Category A training environment.
Participation is your choice
An initial conversation or form does not grant access. You receive program information, decide whether to permit a review, and make separate choices about training, photography, media, location disclosure, quotes, and stories.
What is not promised
- No agency is required to participate.
- No property is guaranteed to qualify or stay available.
- The program does not promise a demolition discount, insurance result, tax value, publicity, or faster schedule.
- Preliminary interest is not final permission.
- The initial program does not include intentional damage or live fire.
The review path
- Triple D confirms the demolition job, schedule, ownership path, and basic feasibility.
- You review the owner information and decide whether to permit further review.
- The applicable legal, insurance, ownership, permit/AHJ, utility, hazard, environmental, and other questions are addressed.
- An authorized agency contact may evaluate the opportunity and inspect the site.
- Final permission and agency documents are completed before a date is considered.
- After training, the property is formally returned before demolition resumes.
Information we may need privately
Ownership/signing authority, tenants or other interests, the demolition schedule, property access, known conditions, insurers/lenders/HOA or other notice paths, and exact location. The initial public form asks only for a general area; detailed information is requested through a controlled process.
Publicity is separate
Saying yes to a feasibility review or training opportunity does not mean yes to photographs, news, social media, an exact address, an owner quote, drone footage, or a case study. Blank publicity choices are treated as no.
