Privacy

Interest-form privacy notice.

We ask for only enough information to review and respond to program interest.

Effective date: August 26, 2026

Information collected

Agency inquiries may include your name, work role, agency, service area, work email/phone, training interest, and message. Property inquiries may include your name, relationship to the property, email/phone, general area, approximate timing, and project overview.

Do not submit sensitive tactical, medical, personnel, security, gate, key, alarm, or exact access information through a public form.

How information is used

Triple D uses the information to review the inquiry, respond, determine whether a controlled follow-up is appropriate, protect the service from abuse, and maintain the program record. Submission does not create approval, a reservation, an agreement, or authority to contact another agency.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in a restricted WordPress program record. Access is limited by role. The system maintains an audit event for receipt. Website and hosting providers may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service.

Sharing

Triple D may share information with authorized program personnel and professional reviewers when needed for the inquiry. Property details are not publicly listed. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or a competent authority.

Retention

Records are retained under the approved legal, insurance, records, and litigation-hold process. Deletion is not automatic because an inquiry may become part of a property, agreement, safety, or public-record history.

Your request

To request access, correction, or deletion review, contact Info@tripledfl.com. A request is evaluated against applicable retention and legal obligations.
