For public-safety agencies
A real structure can change the way a team sees the problem.
Triple D may coordinate access to an eligible demolition-bound property. Your agency decides whether it is useful and controls every part of its training.
What an opportunity may support
The initial program considers Category A non-destructive, non-live-fire objectives such as walkthrough, familiarization, size-up, command, communications, non-destructive search, EMS, K-9, or similar agency-defined exercises.
Your agency keeps operational control
- Evaluate and accept or decline the site.
- Define the objective and limitations.
- Provide the responsible officer, command, safety, instructors, participants, PPE, equipment, accountability, communications, EMS/rehab, emergency, weather, and cancellation controls.
- Obtain internal, risk, PIO, AHJ, and other agency approvals.
- Report completion, incidents, near misses, and exceptions.
What Triple D coordinates
- Candidate property screening and owner path.
- Property-specific evidence routing and document control.
- Access, boundaries, keys, tentative window, and demolition interface.
- Formal handover and return for demolition.
- Permission-backed communications after completion, if approved.
What we will ask for
An authorized agency role, a general statement of interest, a responsible officer if the opportunity advances, the agency's property assessment and operational plan, required approvals, accepted agreements/evidence, and final closeout. We minimize personal data and do not publish sensitive details.
What we will not do
We do not mass-message agencies, automatically send opportunities, direct tactics, certify the structure, promise a date, or turn a request for intentional damage or live fire into an ordinary approval.
